History of Awfis

Awfis was the brainchild of Amit Ramani and Radha Kapoor Khanna, who launched their first workspace in 2015. Since then, awfis space solutions pvt ltd has opened workspaces across multiple cities and locations and have managed to increase their member base. According to crunchbase, they has since raised investment from Sequoia Capital, Innoven capital and Yes Bank. They plan to go for an IPO in 2022 and become one of the first coworking operators to do so.

The pro-working centers provided by Awfis are divided into open desks and private offices. One can choose a combination of the two to meet the team's needs. All the centers also come with state of the art meeting room which can be accessed by the residents and is also available for booking for general users. Security deposit range from 1 to 2 months equivalent of the rental.

Awfis Pricing

Prices at Awfis vary by location. Hot desks are generally available in the range of Rs 4500 to Rs 8000 while a dedicated desk may cost twice as much at the same location. Price per private office also vary from Rs 9000 to Rs 20000 per desk.
