By using the Sneed Website (the “Website”), or its Services, the User consents to collection, storage, and use of the personal information you provide (including any changes thereto as provided by the User) for any of the services that Sneed offers.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how Sneed (“Sneed/We/Our”) collects, use, share and protect information and content (“User Content”) shared by you to the Website (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

By using our Service you understand and accept this privacy policy along with any amendments or modifications as may be made from time to time (“Privacy Policy”) and thereby expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of User Content (as defined below) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In the course of providing the Services to you, Sneed collects the following information:


Personal information such as your username, password, e-mail address and phone number when you register for a Sneed account.


User Content such as photos and comments, and other materials that you post to Sneed. The information that you post to the Website is intended for public consumption,including your reviews, tips, photos, comments, posts and account profile. We may display this information on the Website, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services.


If you log into Sneed through a social networking account, we may collect and store information about you from that social networking account, including your name, email address, gender, birthday, profile photograph, and other information associated with your social networking account.By connecting your account to social networking account, you are sharing your user name and profile picture with other users of that service and with the users of Sneed.In addition, we may automatically post to your social networking account certain types of activity from your use of the Sneed.By allowing us to do so, your friends and contacts who have access to view information about your social networking account will also be able to see that you used Sneed and the activity you engage in on Sneed.Please be aware that access to this information is in large part controlled by the Privacy Settings you choose on the relevant social networking service, which may may also import, use, and retain this information.


If you choose, you can use our “Find Friends” feature to locate other people with Sneed accounts either through (i) your contacts list or (ii) third-party social media sites, or invite your friends to join Sneed. If you choose to find your friends through (i) your device’s contacts list, then Sneed will access your contacts list to determine whether or not someone associated with your contact is using Sneed. If you choose to find your friends through a (ii) third-party social media site, then you will be prompted to set up a link to the third-party service and you understand that any information that such service may provide to us will be governed by this Privacy Policy.


We may automatically collect some information about your hardware devices when you access Sneed. For example, when you utilize the Website, we may collect your internet protocol (“IP”) address and the type of mobile device you use and your geographic location. We also may collect information about your activity on Sneed, such as information about your account usage, as well as information about how you interact with the Website. We may combine this automatically-gathered information with other information, including personal information we have collected about you.


We may receive and store certain types of information known as “cookies” when you accesses the Website.


Communications between you and Sneed.

In order to provide a personalised browsing experience, Sneed may collect information from the User, and the User agrees that Sneed may use such information to improve its marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze usage, improve the content of Sneed, product offerings, and to customise Sneed’s content, layout, and services, in order to improve Sneed and better tailor it to meet the needs of the User.


To extend this personalized experience, Sneed may track the IP address of a User’s device and save certain User data on the User’s device in the form of cookies. Sneed uses this data to deliver web pages to the User upon request, to customize the site to the interests of the User, to measure traffic within the Website, and let advertisers know the geographic locations of the Users. If you remove information that you posted to the Website, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Website, or if other users or third parties using the Website have copied or saved that information.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User’s password and User identification. The User shall be solely responsible for all activities and transmission performed by the User through his User identification. Sneed assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards and/or debit cards by the User, whether online or off-line.


At the time of deleting your account, Sneed shall remove your public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site or to comply with legal obligations.

Sneed may change or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes.
