Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

small area but it's good with open/ office space. Has AC, 150 mbps wifi. Demerits would be single restrooms and no other space like kitchen/ sitting as in co/we work
