What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 1 Month is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.
Are prices negotiable / bulk discounts available?
Prices vary by the size and tenure of the service agreement.
Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

No options in cafeteria.

Good co-working space, ambience was its great. One issue with the ACs, as we are in the corner of the floor, we feel it hot even if the temperature is at 20°C. Second issue is the tea at the cafeteria, in last 8 months of my working time, there has been 2 replacements for the cafeteria guy, and the tea they serve is not at all good, neither the coffee is good. They need to improve much on the cafe side, rest all things are really good.

Its an upcoming individual 4 floor building opposite to JP Morgan building in ORR. Accessibility is via service road towards Silk board. It has two level car/bike parking. Startups and small companies already started occupying the building. Environment and Ambience of the reception/working place is good as of now.
