What makes this venue unique? Why should I choose this office space?
32 Linear Cubicles of 3.25ft x 2.25ft in size, non-air conditioned with vitrified floors located on the 2nd floor. The timings are 9am to 9pm (Monday to Sunday). Facilities of water purifier & Internet ae included in the price. There are individual washrooms for men and women. Lift facility with basement parking is also available. There is 24/7 UPS back up. Tea and Coffee is available at an extra cost. The notice period is of one month. The cabins provided are based on availability and have 4X2 Table with 3 chairs and are for single usage only. The conference room is available free of cost on hourly basis and daily cleaning is available. Our office space on rent is located next to Nandhini Hotel.

What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 1 month is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.

Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.
