Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

What an office space! What a location! Located in prime real estate in Bangalore, this is just an amazing space to be in. Some of the top companies in the world have office spaces here. One such is Apple. The view of the city from their offices are just breathtaking. The shopping complex/Mall below as well is just amazing too. The most luxurious brands in the world are present as well. This is a mini tourist spot only. The fountains inside on the second floor is a fun place to visit as well. They even conduct special events & shows there as well. Plus the food court is a delight for foodies. All in all a wonderful experience
