Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

Noisy place. Can't work in that place.. Left the place in half a day after paying 7500/-. Total waste. After complaining many times, no response from customer care.

Regus embassy golf links is in the most premium location and tech park in central bangalore. The center itself gives a posh feeling to be in and gives a good feel to start up a company. It also hosts some premium companies. It is priced efficiently. The interiors of the place is also done up well.
