This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 2 months is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

The cafeteria is not too spacious and the offices feel a bit small if accommodating more than 4 people.

Very nice place because of it's location. Office chairs are really good when compared with epip branch. Small cafeteria. Terrace is open and we can walk there .... Road view rooms are really good . AC is more in some rooms where there is no ventilation.

Good office ambiance. Lots of privacy compared to other coworking places. Cafeteria is a bit small. Separate smoking zone. Reception and admin people are quite good. Cold drinks and snacks available for pay per use. Internet is not too good. Parking issues sometimes.

One of the good and well maintained co-working space at Kadubeesnahalli. It's on the first floor with common reception, cafeteria and meeting rooms. It has separate co-working space rooms with 3 to 8 occupancy with well furnished. Bus stop and restaurants are accessible near by.
