Monthly rent is Rs 5,000/- per workstation space, Last Month Rent in Advance that is Rs. 5,000 (No Deposit, No additional fees). Rent gains you access to shared areas such as lounge spaces, conference rooms, meeting rooms, etc. We are constantly improving the space to give greater value to our community!

While all the workspaces, meeting space and training spaces provide basic facilities like high speed internet, power backup, housekeeping, clean and sanitized work environment, you can view all facilities and amenities provided by GIGA 368. Some amenities are freely available and some amenities are available at extra cost upon request.

Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.
