What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 3 months is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.

Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

As compare to other coworking it's not that much appealing kind of okay okays Location wise it's good but during rainy times it's difficult to commute due to water logs and traffic 🚥.

The service is very basic, typical case of over promise and under deliver. You could consider this place if you want a virtual office or some free coffee. Initially, they would offer discounts or perks but recover that from your deposit. The billing is unprofessional and erroneous. One would be wasting time in billing issues. The co-working space is crowded and sounds like a call centre. The start up community here is lackluster and the networking events are a joke. There are better co-working spaces which offer vibrant culture and a real startup community with same pricing.
