Our aim is to create an ideal environment for our members, where you feel welcomed, inspired, creative, productive and relaxed. Our philosophy is reflected in our space. We believe in good quality, functional, European design with a local touch. We are contemporary, but always with some vintage details to create a homely feel. We are not about screaming slogans, coloured beanbags or Ping-Pong tables, we prefer lots of plants, books and cozy corners. We believe that design should support, not impose. In short: You will feel a lot of open spaces, greenery, natural light and freedom to relax and just be yourself at the coworking space that we have to offer. About our space: The Gallery A 2400 square feet workspace for members to feel inspired, collaborate, focus and enjoy an amazing view of VT station. Big, open-plan and white, it is an eclectic mix of plants, lamps, books and magazines, as well as our Ministry of New designed furniture. The Team Rooms These are a series of 8 rooms, which can comfortably house teams of 6-10 people. Each fully furnished room has a beautiful window with natural light, its own lockable entrance, AC, printer, storage cupboard, dedicated Ethernet line and coffee/tea/water station. The Courtyard This outdoor-indoor corridor is filled with lush plants and natural skylight. The open courtyard gives a sense of connection to the rest of the building. High cafe� style seating as well as a cane lounge.

While all the workspaces, meeting space and training spaces provide basic facilities like high speed internet, power backup, housekeeping, clean and sanitized work environment, you can view all facilities and amenities provided by Ministry of New. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.
