Service is very good. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. Only one issue is Parking space in the area and they charge high for Parking space and Conference room facilities.

Novel office is located at MG road. Now in order to reach this office, say if you are coming from Trinity circle, take theTaj Vivanta Road and little down the lane, take the first left front the signal. The second building on the right which goes a little further inside is where the office is located. It can accommodate around 350 plus headcount. It has ground plus 3 Floors. Total area is about 18k square feet approximately. The distance from 1 MG Mall is approximately 250 meters. Power back up is there for worry free working. Medium size clients can also avail Server space. Training rooms and meeting rooms are available for any important meetings. Reception services are also available here in this office along with printing facilliy at added price. There's also a cafeteria on the top floor. This office is enabled with access system. Traditionally, Novel as a company offers customizable office starting from two seater cabin to customizable set up for companies having larger headcount. You can also get one seater co working space across all Novel offices which are across Bangalore. Their main USP is No lock in and No Security Deposit. However it completely depends on the seats and clients specific required. . They have four offices in Bangalore. Novel Tech Park : This tech park also being the main office is located at Kudlu Gate and can accommodate more than 5000 people. They have major clients like HGS. Good place to work, you will get good food at their canteen. Nearly maintained washrooms and outside common passage. Receptionist and other members are always helpful. There is ac, water facility, lift, open area to have lunch which is neatly maintained. Overall its a good place for corporate office.

Novel -MG Road is a great Co- Working Space located in a peaceful locality yet on the Prime vicinity of MG Road. Very Supportive staff and the property is well maintained. Each Company gets their own space. there is a common cafeteria on the top floor. If you are looking for a peaceful work location near MG road, this is one of the best places.
