What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 1 month is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.
Are prices negotiable / bulk discounts available?

Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

I love working in this space! The location is so convenient for running in and out to meetings around the city. Access to bus stops and metro is a great plus. I highly recommend Incubinet Coworking Hub if you are looking to bring client's to your office frequently. Meeting rooms, Cafeteria, Welcome-lounge etc make this place very unique. The atmosphere is really laid back, not corporate at all. I must say that I am productive the most when I am here. In a few months I've gotten several referrals and new work through networking with other entrepreneurs in the space. Great energy and very cool occupants.

I have been working at co-working hubs for over 2 years now. Compared to other hubs where I have worked, Incubinet is far better in terms of being value for money, cleanliness, proactive and friendly management, flexibility like open work stations or cabins etc. I would recommend startups and freelancers in and around JP Nagar to definitely give it a try.
I have been with Incubinet for the last four years and I really enjoy coming to work everyday.
