Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

Pathetic service, No support at all. Pantry is worst. Washroom doesn't get washed for months. No one responsible to hygiene. Coz of lack of hygiene people are getting sick. Don't come for new bridge.

These place is good gor interview and Meeting purpose. The facility is easily accessible and staff is supportive. Can improve infrastructure a bit. Otherwise its great place.
