Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

Nice office spaces. Good decorated cafeteria which is a nice place to spend time with friends and colleagues. There is a PS4, board games and Table Good and well maintained place.
