What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 2 months is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.
Are prices negotiable / bulk discounts available?
Prices vary by the size and tenure of the service agreement.
Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

Great option in North Delhi! When I come home to meet my parents, I sometimes need to connect to work and offices of the company I work in are in Gurgaon. I have been using MyHQ since last year and this time I found Daftar listed. Being in North Delhi, I was worried about the quality so went a bit earlier to check it out. Overall, it is a great, functional space. It has high speed internet that is password protected. The place is not aesthetically pleasing but is clean (including the loo). The flexible seats are in smaller enclosed bays seating 3-6 people, which have a transparent sliding door to shut out noise while offering safety (Delhi is not a place to have closed doors) to women and retain a sense of space. I ended up sharing the space with a quiet person, so I was extremely grateful. For an important call in the evening, I took a meeting space / cabin for an hour. While that was still useful, it had more noise because it was closer to the road (traffic, dogs). Also, best to get food from home (I got kulcha matar outside the nearby Gurudwara).
