Evoma Business Center at Old Madras Road, KR Puram, is one of the largest facility providing fully furnished office space on rent in Bangalore. Along with 350 seats, the center also provides venues for trainings, conferences, interviews etc. A lot of companies also make use of the place for team building activities, cocktail dinners and residential conferences. This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.

Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

A good place for corporate events. Could be much better for youngsters but not up to the mark.

The property is located on the outskirts of Bangalore. Around an hours drive in the morning from the Airport, considering the traffic situation in Bangalore, it, should take around 1.5 to 2 hours during peak hours from the airport. Property is nicely maintained with few CoWorking spaces. A lot of organizations have branch operations here, gives the ease of business without having to own a building or floors. The hotel has a cafeteria, one can conduct meeting or have food. Rooms are available for stay. From a business perspective, the hotel has all the facilities. Since, I havent booked a room during my visit, therefore won't be able to write about them. Overall a decent property. Washrooms are clean! Staff is ok.

This was my wedding venue. The ambience and surrounding is good. Hotel manager Mr. Malaya was very understanding and helpful throughout the event.
