The office spaces are open to customization, as per your requirement, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly require such as internet, office furniture, a pantry, parking and 24/7 security on site. We currently have two locations, Ulsoor and Indirangar.

Some amenities are freely available and some amenities are available at extra cost upon request.

What is the deposit for using the space?
This venue offers flexible workspace options. However, a deposit equivalent to 1 Month is required hire the workspace. Usually these terms can be negotiated depending upon duration, lock-in period and number of seats to be hired. These terms are indicative and may change from time to time. The minimum duration usually start from 1 month.
Are prices negotiable / bulk discounts available?
Prices vary by the size and tenure of the service agreement.
Can offices be customized as per our requirements, what are the charges?
Glad that you asked! Yes, the workspaces can be customized to meet your requirements both in terms of seating arrangement and to reflect your brand color and persona. Charges depend on the quantum of customizations needed, seating capacities, distancing norms and aesthetic value. Normally, a complete built to suit office can be done from Rs 750/sqft to Rs 2500/sqft. The initial cost is borne by the workspace and the same will be loaded on the per seat rates depending on the lock-in and other terms.

Lenovo service center, in a shared office.. hmmmm.. not much to say. The visit was disappointing, not the best place to hv a laptop fixed. Definitely didn't want to leave my laptop, so got out of the as soon as possible

On Google - This is a Lenovo service center - They do not service if under warranty.. Don't waste time if you're with in warranty period

Firstly, BEWARE this is not a Lenovo authorised centre. The 5 star reviews are written by the staff working here. Unaware about the above, i came here on 16th October with my Lenovo gaming laptop that had two issues 1. blurred screen and 2. an under performing battery Today, exactly after a month i am taking back my laptop with the above issues still remaining PLUS a short chip in motherboard and a bewildered thoughts if all my genuine parts are still inside the laptop. I had to do numerous follow ups through this one month. Everytime they confirmed over a call that the laptop is fixed and ready for pick up. But when i arrive here, everytime they realised either the engineer is missing OR the laptop is not ready OR they found new issues in the laptop. In a nutshell, pathetic handling, zero service quality, pathetic staff behaviour and absolutely zero responsibility shown by the owner, named Akash himself. Do not waste your time, effort and money here.
